About Your Walmart Virtual Incentive

What are Virtual Incentives?

Foodsmart has partnered with a company called Virtual incentives (VI) to reward our members — in the form of digital Walmart gift cards — for taking steps to improve their health.

How will I receive my Walmart gift card(s)?

After you complete an activity that is rewardable by your health plan (like meeting with a dietitian or completing the NutriQuiz, for example), a gift card will be sent to you via email from reward@virtualrewardcenter.com.

When will I receive my Walmart gift card(s)?

In most cases, your gift card will be delivered to your inbox within 10 - 14 business days after the completion of a rewardable activity.

How do I redeem my Walmart gift card?

Step 1: Click on Redeem My Reward!
Step 2: A new webpage will load. After the webpage has finished loading, click on Activate My Reward.
Step 3: Click on the "Go to eGift Card" button.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions. Your digital Walmart gift card can be used online at Walmart.com or in the Walmart mobile app. To use your gift card in-store, print out your Walmart gift card and use the barcode to pay at checkout.

What if I can’t find the gift card or never received an email? Can I use multiple gift cards toward a single purchase?

First, check your “Spam” folder, “Junk” folder and “Social” folder for an email from “reward@virtualrewardcenter.com” If you cannot find the email in your email inbox, please reach out to support@foodsmart.com and we will resend your gift card to your email address.

Can I use multiple gift cards toward a single purchase?

Yes, you can use more than one gift card at a time.
