reTHINKFood is a collaboration between The Culinary Institute of America and MIT Media Lab, bringing together a diverse group of thought leaders and innovators at the intersection of technology, behavior, design, and food. The conference’s mission is to explore how areas such as Big Data, social networking, mobile computing, behavioral economics, marketing, neuroscience, agriculture, and culinary insight and strategy are radically changing food markets, systems, and consumer choices.
Langheier will join presenters from Compass Group USA and Hampton Creek in a session called “Innovative Supply Chain Companies.” The panel will explore how key partnerships can mutually accelerate pace, drive growth, increase impact, and encourage positive changes that improve the food system.
Langheier will share Zipongo’s experience working with Compass Group and some of the nation’s largest employers to improve the health of employees and populations by making healthy eating and food buying easier on mobile, web and in person.
