- Nutrition is the foundation of lasting weight loss. In weeks 1-8, you’ll focus on building healthy nutrition habits with personalized guidance from a registered dietitian.
- In weeks 9-12, you’ll learn how to use GLP-1s and proper nutrition to optimize your weight loss results.
- Along the way, your dietitian will share effective strategies for managing common side effects of the medication.
Currently taking or considering coming off of a GLP-1
- In weeks 1-4 weeks, you’ll learn how to effectively use GLP-1s in conjunction with proper nutrition and strategies for transitioning off of the medication.
- In weeks 5-12, your dietitian will help you build healthy nutrition habits and a plan to manage your weight and maintain your results long-term.
Here’s how it works:
1. Schedule a Visit.
Book a 1-hour phone or video visit with a dietitian. When you meet, let them know you’re interested in our Healthy Weight GLP-1 Nutrition Program.
2. Get to know each other.
During your first visit, your dietitian will learn about your goals, preferences, and health history (your dietitian can work with your doctor to better understand your full health history).
3. Meet Weekly.
Schedule weekly follow-up visits with your dietitian to cover new topics, customize the program to your needs, and put your learnings into practice.
4. Get ongoing support.
We know that losing weight can be a challenging journey. You’ll have the support of your dietitian to help you stay motivated, keep you on track, and answer questions that come up along the way.

One size does not fit all, so you can work with your dietitian to customize the program timeline according to your progress.
