- Sponsor This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Zipongo, Inc., d/b/a Foodsmart, located at 595 Pacific Ave, FL 4 San Francisco, California 94133 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have been asked by Sponsor (by SMS and/or email) to participate in a survey to share their experience and help improve Sponsor’s services (the “Survey”). Employees of Sponsor and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at [June 15th, 2025 12am PST] and ends at July 31 11:59pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the Survey as requested by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person. Additional entries for the same person will be disqualified.
5. Prizes
One eligible participant will be selected to win $200 in Foodsmart Bucks (ARV: $200) (the “Prize”). The Prize will be added directly to the winner’s Foodsmart account and may only be used to purchase approved healthy food items through the Foodsmart platform and its integration with Instacart.
The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 7th from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or a phone call within 7 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted an alternate winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
8. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instacart, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt or use of any Prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (4) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in San Francisco County, California.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these terms.

To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email to andy.acevedo@foodsmart.com. Requests must be received by [August 7].
